GO Growth Partners provides small to mid-market businesses with flexible and cost effective Chief Growth Officer level support to execute growth strategies that complement a business’s core strengths and objectives. Partnering with owners and management teams, we focus on business strategy, competitive differentiators, organic growth options, expansion plans, talent development and coordinating marketing and sales efforts to drive topline growth.

Unlike consulting companies that may be cost prohibitive or are unable to fully execute plans, we work alongside business owners and management getting involved in day-to-day business issues and gaining a real understanding of business strengths, challenges, teams and customers. These firsthand experiences combined with our proven expertise, enable us to advise, motivate, and deliver better planning and better execution.
We offer flexible engagements to meet your needs and your budget. Paid on a 1099 basis, we work primarily onsite from a few days a month to multiple days per week depending upon the scope of the established goals.
Meet The Team
Melanie Wall is the founder and Director.
Melanie brings 15 +years of visible achievements in publishing, wellness and financial services venues with extensive business development, P&L management, start- up and turn around expertise, tech-savvy, able to successfully build and lead high-performing teams.
An innate entrepreneurial spirit Melanie has founded and sold multiple businesses, established new departments for Fortune 100 corporations, and brings a wealth of experiences leading companies from creation through expansion.
Strengths include: creatively integrating strategic assessments and financial analysis to achieve objectives, strategic sales and management, building teams and developing talent, creating and expanding niche markets, operational excellence driving service differentiators.
Melanie received her undergraduate degree in philosophy and political science from John Carroll University and her law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law with an emphasis in tax and corporate law.
Before GO Growth Partners Melanie worked as the Executive Director for The Center for Learning, Regional Vice President, Mellon Private Capital Management, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, National City Private Client Group, Tax and Estate Planning Attorney.
Additionally, Melanie has extensive business consulting experiences with clients that include: Cleveland Clinic Foundation, McKesson, Invacare Corporation, Home Instead Senior Care, Principal Business Products and SCA Tena North America.
Melanie is married, has two daughters and a beagle. A volleyball mom, who loves to cook and enjoys all sports with a special fondness for golf and baseball. She is also active in church leadership, serves as a board member and charitable actives relating to the elderly and their caregivers.
